Parenthood is a remarkable adventure, filled with love, laughter, and countless precious moments that will never be forgotten. It's also a complex journey, marked by challenges that can test the very core of our being. Throughout my own life, I've experienced the joys and trials of parenting, and I have come to understand that raising children and nurturing our own personal growth are not separate paths. Parenting is one journey that forces us to find the balance between parenting, while remaining true to our authentic self.
I make it my mission to help individuals get clear and understand that being a Parent should not rob you of hopes and dreams. Parenting should never be an excuse of why you can never pursue that “thing.” Whatever your thing is. Being a Parent is about breaking free from the pressure to be the “perfect” parent and instead embracing who you truly are. As a parent when you are able to dig into what is really important to you, explore what’s holding you back, and create a path forward that feels aligned with your values and your unique journey, this is when you find your power.
