On paper, I am a life coach. In practice, I am a reset button for parents. If we haven’t met yet, I’m Kimberly Smith, a mom, wife, Veteran, and military spouse. But those are just the titles people see. Beyond them, I’m a kind, purpose-driven woman who loves connecting with others, creating impact, and helping people find clarity in who they are and what they want.
I know what it feels like to be pulled in so many directions. In the world chasing goals, raising kids, managing careers, and still trying to remember who you are in the process. That used to be my life. I built my coaching practice around helping parents trade burnout for balance and confusion for clarity. Parenting is not just about showing up for others and your kids. You first have to show up for YOU. .
